Mall of the World, which will be located along Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, occupies a total area of 48 million sq. ft., the project will comprise the largest indoor theme park in the world, which will be covered by a glass dome that will be open during the winter months. It will also house the largest shopping mall in the world with an area of 8 million sq. ft., which will take the form of an extended retail street network, different to the typical shopping mall concept currently available in Dubai. Additional districts within the project will include a wellness dedicated zone catering to medical tourists, a cultural celebration district as well as a wide range of hospitality options comprising 20,000 hotel rooms catering to all types of tourists. Once completed, the city-within-a-city is projected to become a year-round destination, welcoming around 180 million visitors annually.
Capturing the strong heritage and cultural diversity of Dubai, Culture Village is a DPG master development and will be the city’s first creek-side destination with residential, commercial, retail, entertainment and cultural components.
Dubai Properties’ (DP) Manazel Al Khor is a luxury residential development overlooking the historic Dubai Creek in Culture Village and celebrates the heritage of Dubai, providing an access point to one of the city’s most significant landmarks. Staying true to the traditional Arabic theme of Culture Village, Manazel Al Khor features Emirati influenced architecture elements married with contemporary design.
Dubai Properties (DP) will launch a mixed-use project in Culture Village at Cityscape Global from its strong future pipeline of hospitality, residential and mixed-use developments for the district.
