Dubai Holding Asset Management’s residential leasing arm, Dubai Residential, operates one of the city's largest and most diverse residential leasing portfolios, which contributes to enhancing the city’s standing as one of the world’s most liveable destinations. It serves both individuals and corporates through 20+ carefully curated residential communities across the city, and provides a wide spectrum of housing options, from luxury villas to studio apartments, comprising more than 35,000 homes and serving a resident base exceeding 140,000.
Dubai Residential caters to various demographic segments across four key categories: premium, community, affordable and corporate housing. This includes family-friendly communities at Layan, Ghoroob, Shorooq, Bayti Villas, Garden View Villas, and Garden View Apartments; premium living at Bluewaters Residences, City Walk Residences and Nad Al Sheba Villas; corporate housing solutions with dedicated communities exclusively crafted for corporate staff and professionals at Nuzul Al Quoz.
In May 2025, Dubai Residential was incorporated into Dubai Residential REIT, a real estate investment trust with Dubai Holding Asset Management as the indirect majority strategic unitholder. Now listed on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM), it is the GCC’s largest and first pure-play residential leasing REIT.
In terms of retail, Dubai Holding Asset Management’s malls and destinations are unified under the Dubai Retail brand, which stands as one of the region’s largest groups of malls and retail destinations.
