Dubai International Academic City
Dubai International Academic City, part of Dubai Holding Asset Management’s business districts portfolio, is one of the region’s largest ecosystems dedicated to higher education as it is home to over 27 universities that offer more than 500 diverse higher education programmes. Dubai International Academic City provides state-of-the-art facilities and unparalleled infrastructure across its 18 million ft² space. Since it was established in 2007, it has welcomed over 27,000 students from 150 different nationalities.

Dubai Knowledge Park
Dubai Knowledge Park is a business district fully dedicated to human resource management and talent development. Established in 2003, it is home to more than 500 business partners and institutions specialising in human resources, including consultancy, training and development. Dubai Knowledge Park hugely contributes to the expansion of the human capital industry in the region through its high-quality vocational training and professional development solutions.
Both Dubai International Academic City and Dubai Knowledge Park organise and sponsor many prominent events to support the economy and drive the ongoing development of the regional education sector. This includes the Industry and University Partnership (I-UP) Forum, the bi-annual Career Fair, as well as numerous visits to other education centres worldwide to share knowledge and leverage innovative approaches within academia. Home to a variety of venues, Dubai International Academic City and Dubai Knowledge Park offer spaces ideal for concerts, award shows, festivals and various cultural, social and corporate events.
Dubai Institute of Design and Innovation (DIDI)
Dubai Institute of Design and Innovation is a private university designed to address the growing need for talented designers and innovators in the UAE and around the world.
Located within Dubai Design District (d3), DIDI offers the first integrated Bachelor of Design degree in the region. The degree allows students to map their education journey by pairing two of the four disciplines: Product Design, Multimedia Design, Fashion Design and Strategic Design Management.
The curriculum was developed with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Parsons School of Design, two of the leading universities for design innovation teaching and research. The DIDI campus incorporates a mega studio space, which enables the cross-disciplinary nature of the curriculum. The open-plan learning environment encourages collaboration and a continuous cycle of learning.
The Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management
Dubai Holding also extends its education portfolio through Jumeirah’s Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management, the first university in the Middle East to offer degree-level courses focusing on hospitality management.
Dubai is globally recognised for its thriving tourism and hospitality sector, making Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management a regional epicentre for hospitality-focused management degrees that are complemented with its internationally recognised programmes. Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management is accredited by the Institute of Hospitality in the United Kingdom, THE-ICE in Australia, and has an academic association with the highly regarded Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne in Switzerland, the oldest hotel school in the world.
