Dubai, United Arab Emirates, December 22 2018: Dubai Holding will be showcasing its latest premium residential development, Madinat Jumeirah Living, at the Globe Soccer Awards on January 3, 2019. Sponsored by Dubai Holding, the event will gather over 200 members of the international football community to celebrate outstanding performances in football across 10 categories.
Dubai Holding’s partnership with the Globe Soccer Awards – held in association with the 13th Dubai International Sports Conference, organised by the Dubai Sports Council - stems from the company’s commitment to enhancing Dubai’s global reputation, as well as its involvement in a wide range of sports and wellness initiatives across the emirate.
Madinat Jumeirah Living, which was announced at this year’s Cityscape, is the first freehold residential development in Umm Suqeim, and is located opposite to Dubai’s most iconic landmark, Burj al Arab Jumeirah.
In response to strong market demand, the second phase of the development, titled Rahaal, is being released to the market. Rahaal offers buyers 1 to 4-bedroom apartments with high-end finishing and spacious layouts, surrounded by lush landscapes and winding walkways.
