Developed by Dubai Properties Group, a Dubai Holding company, Marasi Business Bay is a AED 1 billion mixed-use development, set to span along the waterfront promenade of the Dubai Water Canal project.
Marasi Business Bay will be made up of a collection of five marinas, owned and development by Dubai Properties, which will stretch 7.4km along the Dubai Water Canal. Dubai’s first marina, Business Bay, located at the heart of the city was completed in December 2017.
The development is on track to becoming the city’s most sought-after waterfront landmark. This unique waterside neighborhood will bring to life on-the-water living experiences, on- and offshore dining facilities and plenty of public green space for people to enjoy. Elevating the larger Business Bay district and transforming the bustling commercial hub into a truly urban lifestyle destination.
