Location: Dubai Water Canal, Marasi Drive in Business Bay

Developed by Dubai Properties Group, a Dubai Holding company, Marasi Business Bay is a AED 1 billion mixed-use development, set to span along the waterfront promenade of the Dubai Water Canal project.

Marasi Business Bay will be made up of a collection of five marinas, owned and development by Dubai Properties, which will stretch 7.4km along the Dubai Water Canal. Dubai’s first marina, Business Bay, located at the heart of the city was completed in December 2017.

The development is on track to becoming the city’s most sought-after waterfront landmark. This unique waterside neighborhood will bring to life on-the-water living experiences, on- and offshore dining facilities and plenty of public green space for people to enjoy. Elevating the larger Business Bay district and transforming the bustling commercial hub into a truly urban lifestyle destination.

The UAE’s First Floating Water Homes

Marasi Business Bay offers true real estate innovation, with the creation of state-of-the-art water homes; which combine centuries of ship building heritage with cutting-edge design.

Each home will have all the perks of waterfront living, and unrivalled views of the surrounding Dubai Water Canal. They will also have access to a resident-exclusive pontoon, which will be surrounded by floating restaurants and a floating yacht club, the first purpose-built yachting hub in the heart of the city.

Marasi Marina

Marasi Marina, located along the extension of the Dubai Creek, links the central district to the Arabian Gulf, and provides a gateway to the three themed areas of Marasi Business Bay; The Yacht Club, The Pier, and The Park.

Made up of 8 interconnected piers, the 157-berth members-only marina extends into the 10km Marasi Promenade, a landscaped, public walkway that connects the region’s first ever on-the-water residences – Marasi Water Homes – with Dubai’s only outdoor yoga hub among plenty of dining and retail options along the inner-city waterways.

Spanning over 436,800 square feet (approximately 40,589 square metres) of the Business Bay circle that is registered by Dubai Properties as ‘Park 3’, there is enough room, and a precise plan to mirror Marasi Marina with a dock of equal size and berthing capacity on the opposite banks of the canal by 2023.
