Dubai International Academic City to Host Annual Open Day on 24 April

11 International Universities to Showcase Higher Education Opportunities


Dubai: 14 April, 2010 – Dubai International Academic City (DIAC), the dedicated higher education free zone and a member of TECOM Investments, today announced it is organising the annual DIAC Open Day to facilitate potential higher education students to meet a range of academic institutions under one roof.
To be held from 2.00pm - 7.00pm on 24 April at the Recreation Room in Dubai International Academic City, the event will also bring together educators and business executives seeking to pursue postgraduate education.

The Annual Open Day will additionally feature entertainment, raffle draws and food outlets serving multinational cuisine. Visitors will also have the opportunity to meet current students and gain an insight into their academic experience at DIAC.

DIAC currently hosts over 30 academic institutions from 13 different countries from diverse regions, including the US, the UK, Iran, Russia, Australia, France, Pakistan, Lebanon, India and the UAE. DIAC offers over 300 academic courses across engineering, computer science, fashion and design, media studies, environmental studies, child development, quality management and business management programmes.
