Salwan’s Al Khail Gate Community in Al Quoz Receives Huge Interest from Residential and Corporate Clients
Phase-II to Deliver Additional 5,600 Units
Dubai: 13 May, 2009 - Salwan LLC, a property management company and a subsidiary of Dubai Properties Group (DPG), today announced it has successfully leased out Phase-I of Al Khail Gate community and is set to release Phase-II shortly in response to the unprecedented interest from clients.
Located at Al Khail Road, the Al Khail Gate development is an affordable housing community offering centrally located facilities to corporate and residential clients. Three months after its launch, Salwan has successfully leased out 3,835 units at the development and is currently offering pre-leasing options to clients interested in the second phase of the development.
