Dubai Knowledge Village Hosts Panel Discussion on ‘Coming Out of Recession’

Dubai: 25 November, 2009 - Dubai is in a unique position to leverage its strengths in the service sector for not only emerging from this recession but also for consolidating its position as the region's premier business centre, according to Sultan Soud Al Qassemi, Chairman, Young Arab Leaders - UAE Chapter.

Al Qassemi added:

As the Middle East region continues to gain importance with regards to investments, natural resources and energy, no other city can combine the regional connectivity, lifestyle, ease of setting up businesses and flexible regulations that Dubai offers for executives and entrepreneurs today.

Al Qassemi’s comments came during a panel discussion on ‘Coming out of the Recession’ hosted by Dubai Knowledge Village, a member of TECOM Investments and the region’s premier destination for human resources management.

Held as part of the DKV Breakfast Club, a regular networking event, the session on ‘Coming out of Recession’ was moderated by Naser El Tibi, Financial Analyst and Presenter, CNBC Arabia.
