Dubai Properties LLC to Handover Units of Al Waha Villas and ‘The 558 Community’ Development by Q2 2009

Dubai: 03 March, 2009 -Dubai Properties LLC, master developer and a subsidiary of Dubai Properties Group LLC, today announced the second quarter of 2009 will witness the handover of completed units at the AED735-million Al Waha Villas development, a freehold Mediterranean style residential comprising 260 exclusive villas and townhouses within a luxurious enclave.
