Dubai Holding aims to increase Emirati workforce within group and entities through Careers UAE 2007

DUBAI, 11 March 2007: Dubai Holding, along with its seven major subsidiaries, TECOM Investments, Tatweer, Jumeirah Group, Dubai Properties, Sama Dubai, Dubai International Capital and Dubai Investment Group, announced today its participation in the 7th annual Careers UAE Exhibition.

Dubai Holding will showcase its diversified portfolio and highlight various career opportunities available to UAE nationals.

The country's largest and foremost recruitment, training and education exhibition will be held at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre from 13-15 March, 2007.

Fadel Al-Ali, Chief Financial and Operating Officer of Dubai Holding said: "Over 140 nationals made Dubai Holding their employer of choice at the Career Fair 2006. With the expected number of visitors exceeding 15,000 this year, Dubai Holding aims to attract energetic young nationals and prepare them for leadership roles in the future."

Inviting UAE nationals to visit the Dubai Holding stand at Career Fair, Al-Ali added: "The development of the UAE youth being one of our top priorities, Dubai Holding offers remarkable opportunities for nationals who are willing to join a professional working environment through various career development programmes."

Representatives from Dubai Holding and its seven subsidiaries will be present at Zabeel Hall, Stand No. Z-E1 to counsel, explore career paths, as well as collect resumes. Brochures containing background information about Dubai Holding, along with detailed application forms, will also be available.

Careers UAE provides UAE nationals work opportunities in a professional and world-class environment in order to meet the needs of the market. A number of workshops and seminars highlighting issues related to nationalization will be organized during the exhibition, focusing on students, fresh graduates and job seekers.
