His Excellency Mohammad AlGergawi is the Chairman of Dubai Holding, a Minister of Cabinet Affairs of the Federal Government of the United Arab Emirates and Chairman of The Executive Office of the Government of Dubai. He leads the development of the UAE Federal Government Strategy and oversees its overall delivery and performance.

AlGergawi formally held the post of Secretary General of the Executive Council of the Government of Dubai, which led the strategic planning and implementation of Dubai’s economic and social development. Al Gergawi is also the Founding Chairman of the Young Arab Leaders and Chairman of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation, which aims to contribute to the development of a knowledge-based society in the Arab region by focusing on education, research and culture, and by empowering youth to find innovative solutions to regional challenges.

HE Mohammad AlGergawi has received numerous awards such as the Moroccan Royal Order of Merit by His Majesty King Mohammad VI of Morocco and the American Business Award.

Ahmad Bin Byat is the Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Holding. Bin Byat occupies several high-ranking directorial positions in Dubai including Director General of the Dubai Technology and Media Free Zone Authority, Executive Chairman of TECOM Investments, Executive Chairman of du - the Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company, a member of the Board of Trustees for Zayed University and member of the Board of Trustees for Dubai School of Government.

He has also previously held a number of prestigious positions including Secretary General of the Executive Council of Dubai Government, President of Dubai Government Excellence Programme, Executive Chairman of the Dubai Real Estate Corporation and Director General of the Dubai Education Council.

A graduate in IT and Management, Bin Byat has left an indelible mark on positions that he has held, including key managerial positions with Etisalat and with Thuraya Sat Telecom.
